Two years back, when
I was badly struggling with aftereffects of my 2018’s Stroke. An angle or don’t
know what to call this doctor; had a meeting with me on dinner at my younger
brother’s place.
He gave a suggestion,
which till date helped me fighting this depression, anxiety and mental issues.
He said when you feel
like going into this vicious circle of negativity, depression and anxiety. Try
to start a reel in your mind for some good old times, some cherished memories,
some lovely occasions, some wonderful moments. This will take your mind off; swiftly
away from all this negativity and down feelings.
Till date, this is
helping me big time and just can’t thank enough to this doctor.
It's essential to remember that both depression and anxiety
are treatable conditions. Many people find relief and learn to manage their
symptoms with the right support and treatment. Don't hesitate to seek help if
you or someone you know is struggling with these mental health issues.
